While I enjoy do the custom woodwork, I also still do those simple honey do list.  I recently had a day where I hung a couple of screen doors, re caulked the counter, replaced the end of a cable wire, re-concreted the mail box and added shelves to a pantry.  I generally recommend making a list of all the little odd and ends.

Here is a list of common little things people ask me to do.
hang a door or straighten one that just doesn't close properly
replace a door or sometimes just the door knobs
patch a hole in the dry wall
hang a mirror or pictures
repair or replace wood gates
assemble flat box items like desk or bookcases chairs and so on
painting
pressure washing
install kitchen or bath cabinets from Home Depot or Lowes
install laminate flooring
widow blinds
bi-fold doors
utility shelving
wire closet shelves and hanging rods
crown molding, window trim and baseboards
replace screen on porches or windows
replace formica counter tops
finish a project that someone else started
pick up and deliver large items
refinish exterior doors

I can handle most odd and ends around the house.  However I do not do plumbing, electrical or roofing.
