Once again I don't know how to start simple.  This is my second attempt at making an entry door.  Square panels just seemed to easy so I chose a Fleur-de-lys for my first raised panel door.  This door is 36" wide and 80" tall.  The fleur-de-lys is 23" wide and 37" tall.  This door is 1-3/4" thick cotton wood.  It did not turn out quite as planed but is working great.

This is actually my first attempt at an entry door.  The door here was made from plain 2x4 studs. My mother wanted to keep the jalousie glass, but the original wood was completely rotten.  I really had no idea of how to make a door at this time so I took the 2 x 4's and made tongue and groove with a table saw.  After putting it together I really didn't like the joints between the boards came out so I use a v-groove bit to enhance the seams.  To my surprise the door is still working on her house 20 years later, even Katrina had trouble with this one.
